The most important thing is making sure everyone is on the same page about what the goal is.
This is called “Alignment”

If everyone knows what they’re working towards:
– it makes it easier to get the right people in the right roles,
– create processes that work, and
– pick the technology that will help.

Ask them what they think the goal should be.
Once you have a good idea of what everyone wants to achieve, you can work together to make it happen.
